Top 3 star hotel with over 100 rooms in South Yorkshire requires a Sales Manager to drive business into the venue. As a sales and customer focused individual, you will aim to consistently deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. Your objective will be to research, develop and convert new corporate and conference*event business for the hotel, primarily from the local market, so knowledge of the Yorkshire hotel market would be advantageous. You will proactively identify sales opportunities*leads from existing and new customers for this hotel and other hotels within the group. This is a field sales orientated role; so on the road travel is required to bring potential clients into the hotel and generate revenue. Previous hotel sales experience is essential, therefore this role would suit an existing sales manager who is capable of field sales and who is looking for a new challenge. Benefits include a 20% bonus, a laptop and a mileage allowance for any travel involved.
